The ICB (Integrated Care Board) are promoting the Lundy Model of children’s participation in everything we do. The Lundy model provides a framework to promote a children’s rights based approach to the way children and families assess and experience health services.

 

The ICB and LCC are working collaboratively, with our Lancashire children’s safeguarding partnership and UCLAN to develop training materials with local children for professionals around the children’s right agenda (UNCRC, 1989) and the Lundy model of participation.
